What we collect

When you request early access, we collect your first name, email address, location, age range, and your answers to a few short questions about dating and the Nico concept. We also record basic campaign information (such as how you found us) and a one-way hashed network identifier used only to prevent spam.

How we use it

We use this information to manage the early-access list, contact you about early access, and understand interest in Nico. We send marketing updates only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Recommendation interest

If you express interest in recommending someone, we store your first name, email, submission date, optional relationship category and explanation, your follow-up consent, and a one-way hashed network identifier for spam prevention. These submissions are kept separate from the dating early-access list. Please do not include anyone else's name, contact details, or identifying information.

With your consent, we use your details to understand interest in recommendations and follow up with you as Nico develops. We do not contact the person you have in mind or send them invitations. You may withdraw your consent or request deletion by contacting hello@thenicoapp.com.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not request access to your AI assistant, conversation history, or any other private accounts.
